I'm here to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can be honest and open about your thoughts,  feelings and personal experiences.

 

Trust takes time to build, and I am willing to meet you where you are and do the work to build that trust. As followers of Christ, we walk this narrow road together and I'm here to support you in any way that I can. 

 

If you’d like to move forward with booking a session please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the form to the right 

  2. Choose from either the Discipleship or Mentoring Agreement 

  3. Download, Read, Sign and send the agreement back to me

Step Two
Select the Agreement for your Program of Choice

1. Please read and sign the document you chose
2. Open file in Adobe Reader
3. On right hand side of program select the sign and fill option to fill in the necessary boxes.
4. Please email signed agreement back to me at krista@restandremain.com

Step Three

Once I receive your agreement back, I will reach out to you within 48 hours to discuss available times and dates. I will also send you a payment link.
